Jayapura, 28/5 (Jubi) – Jayapura Mayor and Persipura chairman Benhur Tommy Mano accepted the AFC’s decision to impose a fine of 15,000 dollars against Persipura after supporters threw bottles during a match against Home United.
“It’s very detrimental to Persipura’s management, because it needs a lot of money for their away or home matches. Therefore I asked the supporters for not doing any harm to the team,” he said on Wednesday (28/5).
He said the management accepted it because Home United backed their report to AFC with evidence. (Jubi/Sindung/rom)
