Jayapura ,13/1 ( Jubi ) – Melanesia countries delegation that planned to visit Papua, arrived in Jayapura today ( 13/1 ) at around 05:20 ( local time), using aircraft owned by PT . Transwisata Prima Aviation .
As scheduled, the Minister of Fiji H.E. Ratu Inoke Kubuabola, the Foreign Minister of Papua New Guinea, Mr. Hon Rimbink Pato and the Foreign Minister of Solomon Islands, Soalaoi Hon Clay Forau and FLNKS representatives arrived at Sentani Airport ,Jayapura today, Monday ( 13/1 ) .
The arrival of Melanesian countries delegation is greeted by Commander XVII / Cenderawasih , Papua Police Chief , Danlanud Jayapura Jayapura Regent and Local Leaders Consultative Forum known as Muspida in Jayapura and other invited guests . However, in this visit, Joe Natuman did not show up, Special Representative of Vanuatu for Decolonization, as previously reported by the media .
From the information gathered by Jubi, the delegations flew to Jayapura by unscheduled airplane to fly regularly to Papua . They arrived by using the Fokker – 100 owned by PT . Transwisata Prima Aviation. Aircraft registered PK-TWN flown from Halim Perdana Kusuma airport through Ambon before arriving in Jayapura with 33 people with 9 crew.
After arrival at the airport, the delegation with Local Leaders Consultative Forum ( Muspida)with t directly headed to Swiss Bell Hotel, where the foreign ministers of the Melanesian countries planned to stay for 2 days of their visit in Papua.
